We can be found at 2014 Ben Merritt Dr in Decatur, TX. Our office is on the Wise Health System campus within the office buildings alongside FM 51, in Suite A2.

From the North: Heading from Alvord or Bowie to the north, utilize US-287 heading south towards Fort Worth. Upon reaching Decatur continue as 287 pass US-380. After passing the Walmart alongside 287 on the right, turn right to head west on W Thompson St immediately after passing America’s Best Value Inn. At the first intersection, turn left, heading south on FM 51. Ahead turn left onto Medical Center Dr into the Wise Health System campus and then right into the parking lot for the patient care buildings. Our office can be found in Suite A2.

From the South: Traveling from Rhome or Aurora, or even further south in Haslet, take US-287 heading north towards Decatur and Wichita Falls. In Decatur take the exit for Farm to Market Rd 51/Weatherford, then turn left onto FM 51 heading south. After passing Walmart immediately on the right, the Wise Regional Health System campus should be on the left. Turn left onto Medical Center Dr and then on the right will be office/patient care buildings. We can be found in Suite A2

From the East: Take US-380 heading west to travel from near Krum and Denton towards Decatur. Entering Decatur, look to take the ramp to the right circling onto 287 heading south. Shortly ahead turn right onto W Thompson St, following signs indicating the route to the hospital, heading west towards the Wise Health System campus. At the first intersection you will want to turn left, heading south on FM 51. Ahead turn left onto Medical Center Dr into the Wise Health System campus and then right into the parking lot for the patient care buildings. Our office will be in Suite A2.

From the West: Coming from Bridgeport take US-380 to head east towards Denton. As 380 nears Decatur take a slight right onto US-287 heading south. After passing Walmart, continue heading south briefly and look for W Thompson St after America’s Best Value Inn. Turn right onto Thompson St. Turn left at the first intersection, heading south on FM 51. Ahead turn left onto Medical Center Dr into the Wise Health System campus and then right into the parking lot for the patient care buildings. Our office can be found in Suite A2.
